From the founder

I have been plant-based for 10 years. For most of them I ate bread, chips, crackers and ice cream. All of it was technically vegan, and I got softer every year.

At 230lb / 104kg I stopped guessing. I ate 200-250g of protein a day, lifted 3 times a week, and measured my waist instead of standing on a scale.

That took 90 days. This is those 90 days written as rules the plan enforces, not advice it offers. Nothing here suggests you eat meat.

A cloth tape measure, a bowl of red grapes, a block of tofu and a blank paper log sheet on warm paper
A tape measure, a log sheet, and food with protein in it. That is the whole kit.
The processed food was the problem. Not the plants, and not you.

One Block, once, no subscription.
